PCLondon is a coaching and psychology practice for founders, executives, and senior professionals, operating at pclondon.uk. References to "PCLondon", "we", or "us" in this policy refer to PCLondon and its operator. For data enquiries, contact adrian@pclondon.uk.
We collect the data you provide directly to us: your name and email address when you sign up to receive occasional writing via the newsletter form, and any correspondence you initiate with us by email or via the enquiry form. If you book a discovery call, your name, email, and scheduling details are collected directly by Calendly, subject to Calendly's own privacy policy. This site also uses Google Tag Manager, which may collect limited technical and usage data for analytics purposes.
Newsletter and enquiry submissions are stored in Airtable and used solely to send you the writing you signed up for or to respond to your message. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
This site uses Airtable for form storage, Calendly for scheduling discovery calls, and Google Tag Manager for site analytics. Each of these is subject to its own privacy policy. The site is hosted on Vercel.
We retain your data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose it was collected. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact adrian@pclondon.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
